The migraine is back!

Lupus and fibromyalgia cause migraines. I am beginning to feel one starting and I already know it will wake me up at 2 am. I just hope this one doesn't send me to the ER and that it doesn't last too many days. I think I need to start seeing a pain management specialist ASAP or maybe even a neurologist. The ladt thing I need is more doctors. I can barely get out of bed to go to the appointments I have now.

    1. Jodie, I go through the same thing. I have been hospitalized already 3 times due to some kind of migraine. Some doctors tell me cluster headaches and others migraines so I have no idea. They come and go and sometimes last for days.

I hope you subscribe to my blog. I have been feeling terribly lately and hadn't blogged because I felt no one was reading it. Thanks for responding, and I hope to hear from you soon.

  2. I was happy to find you through blogger directory. I was diagnosed with Lupus in 1997 after years of symptoms. Shortly after told have fibromyalgia. Now Drs go back & forth on Lupus-blood work says no, symptoms say yes. My family dr. Who I stick with unless he wants me to see specialist, after bad experience with rheumatologist. I would love to subscribe to your blog if you have email subscription. I didn't see it but thought I'd ask. Thanks

    1. There should be a place on the right side of my blog. One to join my circle and one to follow my blog.

It is so hard to struggle with these illnesses. I have been diagnosed with both and I never know what is causing my symptoms since they are so similar. I have yet to find a good rheumatologist.

I hope you are feeling good and hope to speak to you soon.
